I represent people, not insurance companies, not Fortune 500 companies, not doctors, and not lawyers.

I give my full attention to my clients.  I want to know everything about your accident, or the medical care that resulted in your injury, or your difficulty with your insurance company.  I want to know about all of the harm your injury has caused you, not just about the physical injury, but also how your injury has changed your life, how it affects your relationship with your family, your friends, your work, how it limits your activities, how you have had to change your life due to the injury you have suffered.  I know this is important to you, and it is important to me too.

I do not take every case from everyone who calls me or is referred to me.  If I do not think a case worth pursuing, I will tell you.  I only take cases that I believe in, so if I take your case I am committed to it.

I have practiced law for over 20 years and have tried many cases before juries in Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco Counties.  I grew up in Sunnyvale, attended Stanford as an undergraduate and went to law school at the University of San Francisco where I graduated in the top 10% of my class.

My areas of specialty are Personal Injury (accidents), Medical Malpractice (injuries from doctor’s mistakes), Insurance Bad Faith (your insurance company treating you unfairly), and Small Business Litigation (law suits for or defending the small business owner.)
